The Jaded Reset · 2026

Four weeks to make one real change.

Mindset. Ownership. Vision. Execution. A guided program — part behavioral science, part faith, all practice — for the woman who already knows something has to change.

Who it's for

Women at a hinge point — and ready to move.

Founders after the exit. Mothers after the pause. Executives after the title stops fitting. Reset is for the woman who would rather build the next version on purpose than by accident.

It is not a retreat. It is not therapy. It is a room designed to make the next step obvious.

The curriculum

Four weeks. Four frameworks.

Week 01 · Romans 12:2

Mindset

Recognizing & revealing patterns. Most women assume they're stuck because they lack discipline. The real reason sits deeper. We learn the science of stuckness — how the amygdala reads unfamiliar as unsafe — so you stop blaming yourself and start recognizing the pattern.

The J.A.D.E.D. Loop + The R.O.O.T. Check
Week 02 · 2 Timothy 1:7

Ownership

Accountability without shame. Ownership is not self-blame. It's choosing your move. We separate what happened to you from what's yours to carry, and put the power back in your next decision.

Ownership vs. Responsibility
Week 03 · Proverbs 29:18

Vision

Alignment and connection. Vision is not goal setting — it's direction. We move the question from "What do I want?" to "Who am I becoming?" and work backwards from there.

The A.L.I.G.N. Framework
Week 04 · James 1:22

Execution

Intentional action & sustainable change. Awareness without action creates frustration. Vision without action is just a dream. Week four builds the systems, habits and accountability that make the change hold.

The T.R.U.T.H. Check + The 1% Rule

Week one framework

The J.A.D.E.D. Loop.

Five patterns almost every woman runs when she wants change but can't move. They aren't flaws — they're protective responses your brain learned. The goal isn't judgement. It's awareness.

JJudgment

Criticizing yourself instead of coaching yourself.

AAvoidance

Delaying, distracting, or staying busy with the wrong things.

DDoubt

Questioning your ability, worthiness, or readiness.

EExhaustion

Mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual depletion.

DDelay

Waiting for the perfect time, plan, person, or certainty.

Going deeper

The R.O.O.T. Check.

When we feel stuck, we treat the symptom. The real reason is usually underneath. Four questions get you there.

R

Reality

What's actually happening — the facts, not the story.

O

Obstacle

Which emotional barrier feels hardest right now?

O

Outcome

What am I afraid will happen? What might I lose?

T

Truth

What's true regardless of my fears, doubts, and worries?

The 1% Rule

One conversation, one step, one prayer, one page, one boundary, one decision — all compound.

Improvement starts at 1% a day. 1% more, 1% better, 1% longer. Then 10%. Then 20%.
