RETURN CONDITIONS:
We offer a full refund or exchanges for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the tags ON within 30 days of purchase.
* CUSTOM SIZED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE and will not be granted a refund. *
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the original order.
- *Include your name, email address, and order number in the return package. *
- Refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If an item is returned and does not meet the requirements we have set, we have the right to deny a refund/exchange.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at justjadedllc@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
RETURN ADDRESS:
- After emailing us for a refund/exchange, you will be sent a return address to mail your product back.
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria before you complete your return!
- Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s) and are solely responsible for tracking their package back to us to receive refund. Feel free to send us the tracking information if needed.
- If we do not receive the product(s) back from customer within the 30-day window, refund will not be issued.
