Shipping policy

SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

• Since all of our orders are custom, please allow for 1-2 weeks for production and shipping. Please understand that shipping times will vary from 2-7 days and are subject to postal delays from carrier.
• Once shipment has been sent, an email with tracking information will be sent out to customer for transparency.
• Jaded cannot be held responsible for delays or missing packages once it has left our facility and a tracking email has been sent to customer.
